All garments are made to order. Please refer to the sizing information provided with each item before purchasing. If you need help with measurements or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out at cynthia.h.boutique@gmail.com. We’re happy to assist you in finding your perfect fit based on your bust, waist, hip, and height — and can make custom adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
At Cynthia’s Boutique, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each garment is made with care, and we want you to love what you wear. If your order isn’t the right fit or you’re simply not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
To begin a return, exchange, or request store credit, please email us at cynthia.h.boutique@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We kindly ask that all return inquiries be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
Custom or specially altered pieces are non-returnable.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit:
We’ll issue a credit once your return is received and approved.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
To redeem, email us when you’re ready to make a new purchase, and we’ll provide a unique discount code.
Credit can only be applied toward equal or higher value items. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style:
Items may be exchanged for a similar item of equal value.
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
Refunds
If a refund is preferred:
We will deduct the original shipping cost and a 3% processing fee from the total refund.
Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
